The perfect law of liberty

“But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.” (James 1:25)

God’s law is the perfect law of liberty. It is no more a burden or a hindrance than are the laws of physics that allow a bird to fly, or the instruction manual for crafting an airplane’s wings.

A life of obedience is the kind of freedom you were designed for. So, believer, heed God’s Word and experience flight! You will be blessed in your doing.
